| 摘 要： | 目的观察都梁丸提取液的镇痛作用及其对脑组织中5-羟胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量的影响。方法实验设正常组、模型组、都梁丸提取液大、中、小剂量组;除生理盐水组外,其余各组足趾部注射完全福氏佐剂(FCA)复制炎性疼痛模型后,连续灌胃给药3天,正常组及模型组灌服生理盐水(简称 NS),都梁丸提取液大、中、小剂量组分别灌服都梁丸提取液13.36、6.68、3.34g/kg。热刺激法测定小鼠疼痛模型的痛阈值,高效液相色谱法测定脑组织中5-HT、5-HIAA、DA、NF 含量。结果都梁丸提取液明显提高动物模型痛阈,增加脑组织中5-HT、5-HIAA、DA 含量,降低 NE 的含量,与模型组比较有差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论都梁丸提取液具有镇痛作用,其机制可能与其影响痛觉调制的神经递质5-HT、5-HIAA、DA、NE 含量有关。
