妇女妊娠前后增补叶酸预防神经管畸形的成本效果分析

目的：对我国妇女妊娠前后服用叶酸预防神经管畸形干预进行成本效果评价。方法：从社会的角度，构建决策树进行成本效果分析，并进行敏感性分析。结果：全国普遍实施增补叶酸干预的方案（FA2）和北方普遍干预且南方农村干预的方案（FA4）效果较好，敏感性分析显示疾病发生率、干预成本等因素影响其成本效果。结论：该干预是一项具有成本效果的预防技术，其中以北方普遍干预而南方农村干预方案的效果和成本效果较佳。

Cost-effectiveness analysis on periconceptional folic acid supplementation for neural tube defects

Objectives:To assess the cost-effectiveness of periconeeptional folio acid supplementation for re- ducing neural tube defects (NTDs) in China.Methods:From the social perspectives,cost effectiveness analysis of supplementation of folio acid is conducted by the decision tree model.Sensitiveness analysis is done to test the robust- ness of the model.Results:In a cohort of 10 000 periconeeptional wowen,the strategy covering all nation (FA2) and the strategy covering both urban and rural in the north and rural in the south (FA4) can avert more NTDs than the strategy covering north only (FA3).Sensitiveness analysis reveals that NTD's incidence,intervention cost and other factors influence strategies'cost effective.Contusions:Periconceptional folio acid supplementation is a cost-effec- tive intervention for preventing neural tube defects,and the strategy covering both north areas and rural areas in the south would better than other strategies in terms of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness
