前列地尔对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能和血浆内皮素的影响

目的探讨前列地尔(PGE1)对充血性心力衰竭(congestiveheartfailure,CHF)患者心功能和血浆内皮素(Endothelial,ET)的影响。方法对48例CHF患者应用LipoPGE1(凯时)10μg/d静脉滴注,疗程10天。于治疗前后检测ET、左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、每搏量(SV)和每分钟心排血量(CO),并与正常对照组比较。结果CHF患者ET水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),其血浆ET变化与心力衰竭程度成正比。PGE1可改善CHF患者的心功能状态,用药后SV,CO较用药前有明显上升(P<0.01),EF、FS在用药后也有上升,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),血浆ET在用药后有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论PGE1可改善CHF患者的心功能并有间接保护内皮的作用。

Effect of prostaglandin E1 on heart function and endothelin in congestive heart failure patients

Objective To explore the effect of prostaglandin E_1(PGE_1)on heart function and plasma endothelin (ET) in congestive heart failure patients (CHF). Methods Plasma ET and ejection fraction (EF), fractional shortening (FS), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO) were detected before and after 10 days of intravenous instillation of Lipo PGE1 in 48 patients with CHF and compared with normal controls. Results The plasma ET levels in patients with CHF were significantly higher than those in the controls (P<0.01). PGE_1 significantly increased SV, CO and decreased plasma ET (P<0.01). Although PGE_1 could increase EF and FS, there were no significant changes before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion PGE_1 has a beneficial effect on heart function and ET in patients with CHF.
