糖尿病患者实施社区干预前后自护能力的评价

目的 对糖尿病患者进行社区干预,提高患者的自护能力,有效地控制血糖,稳定病情。方法 对社区56例糖尿病患者测血糖、尿糖,进行健康宣教、保健指导、家庭访视等,为期2.5年。结果 干预后患者自护能力提高,空腹血糖平均值显著下降（P〈0.01）。结论 社区干预能有效地控制患者的血糖,稳定病情,提高患者的自护能力,延缓糖尿病的发展进程,减少并发症的发生。

Evaluation of Self-nursing Ability of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes before and after Community Intervention

Objective To give community intervention to patients with type 2 diabetes so as to improve the self-nursing ability of patients and effectively control blood glucose.Methods The blood glucose and the urine glucose were measured in 56 patients with diabetes;health education,health care guidance and family visits were also carried out for 2.5 years.Results The self-nursing ability of patients was improved after community intervention,with the mean level of fasting glucose decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Community intervention can effectively control patients blood glucose,stabilize patient condition,improve the self-nursing ability,delay the progress of diabetes,and reduce complications.
