双标识牌在优质护理病房中的应用效果观察

目的探讨双标识牌在肝胆外科优质护理病房中的应用效果。方法选择2011年1～4月本科室住院患者284例为对照组,选择同年5～8月住院患者311例为实验组,对照组应用常规的护理程序开展护理工作,实验组在优质护理示范工程思想的指导下,采用双标识牌落实各项护理措施,比较两组患者对健康教育和责任护士的知晓率、满意度和护士加班时间的差异。结果实验组患者对健康教育、责任护士的知晓率和满意度高于对照组,护士加班时间短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在优质护理病房中应用双标识牌,可有效落实各项护理措施,指导护士按流程开展护理工作,节省护士的工作时间,同时提高了患者对健康教育的知晓率和满意度。

Applicatiou of double signboard in high quality nursing ward

Objective To investigate the effect of double signboard in the application of high-quality nursing wards in department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 284 patients hospitalized in our department of hepatobiliary surgery during January to April 2011 were enrolled as the control group for regular nursing, whereas 311 patients from May to August 2011 as experimental group for double signboard indicating various nursing measures plus conventional nursing. The rate of knowing health education of primary nurses, time of overtime work and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of knowing health education of primary nurses and satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, whereas time for overtime work in the experimental group was significantly shorter that that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The use of double signboard in the quality care unit can be effective for the implementation of nursing measures, leading nurses to following the nursing procedures, saving the nurse working time and improving the satisfaction rate with nursing service.
