多功能腔镜清洗槽在腔镜器械清洗消毒中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨多功能腔镜清洗槽在腔镜器械清洗消毒中的应用效果.方法 将腔镜手术使用后的400件器械,按手术结束时间的次序分为实验组200件和对照组200件,对照组采用常规清洗方法,实验组采用本院设计的简易多功能腔镜清洗槽进行清洗.比较两组器械清洗时间、完整度和细菌培养情况.结果 实验组清洗时间和细菌培养阳性例数较对照组低,器械完整度优于对照组,两组比较,均P< 0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 采用简易多功能腔镜清洗槽用于腔镜器械的清洗与消毒,可缩短工作时间,保证器械清洗质量和器械完整性.槽体设计简单,使用方便,成本低,值得在基层和山区医院推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of muhi-functional cleaning launder on the cleaning and disinfection of laparoscopes. Methods 400 used laparoscopes were equally assigned to the experiment group and the control group according to the time when the operations were completed. Those in the control group and in the experiment group were cleaned routinely and in the self-designed cleaning launder, respectively. The two groups were compared in respect of cleaning duration, completeness of laparoscopes and results of bacterial cultures. Results The cleaning duration in the experiment group was shorter and the positive rate of bacterial cultures was lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The completeness of laparoscopes in the experiment group was better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The self-designed muhifunctional cleaning launder, used for cleaning and disinfecting laparoscopes, may shorten cleaning duration, ensure the cleaning quality and keep the cleaned laparoscopes complete. The launder is simple in design, easy to use and of low cost.
