| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保留脾脏的胰腺体尾部切除术的护理经验。方法术前进行健康宣教,术后重视并发症的观察。结果本组21例保留脾脏胰体尾切除术均成功。发生胰瘘10例和腹腔出血2例均行非手术治疗后痊愈。结论对胰腺体尾部病变行保留脾脏胰腺体尾部切除术是安全可行的,积极和细心的护理对保证手术成功具有积极的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss nursing of the patients undergoing spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy. Methods Preoperative health education and postoperative monitoring of complications were both conducted. Results The spleen-preserving distal panereatectomy for the 21 patients was successful. 10 cases contracted pancreatic fistula and were healed 2 -8 weeks after expectant treatment and 2 had abdominal hemorrhage and got healed by surgical treatments. Conclusion Spleen-preserving distal pancreatectomy of is safe and feasible. Active and careful nursing is critical for the success of operations. |
