| 摘 要： | 目的了解某暴力事件后驻疆维稳警察的心理应激及心理健康状况。方法应用军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对320名维稳警察进行问卷调查。并将PSET总分与SCL-90中的各因子分进行相关分析。结果全部被测人员中有17人有明显的心理应激,占总人数的5.31%;心理应激评分与SCL-90中的躯体化等各因子分呈不同程度的正相关,其中与抑郁因子相关程度最高(r=0.629,P<0.05)。结论驻疆维稳警察存在明显的心理应激反应,主要表现为躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等症状。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the psychological stress and mental health of police safeguard stability in Xinjiang after incident of violence.Methods A total of 320 police were tested by questionnaire about general condition,Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results 17(5.31%) police showed significant psychological stress.The score of psychological stress correlated positively with all the factors of SCL-90,the highest was depress factor(r=0.629 P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological stress appears in the police safeguard stability in Xinjiang,and mainly shows somatization,depression,anxiety,terror,and so on. |
