保心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study of BaoXin Ning tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of BaoXin Ning Tablet(BXNT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 cases in the treatment group and 46 cases in the control group and treated for 4 weeks respectively. Results:After treatment,the remission rate of angina pectoris was 45.65%,the total effctive rate of spontaneous angina pectors was 95.65%,and the improvment rate of ECG was 69.56%.The effect was significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P <0.01);BXNT could obviously reduce the remarks of blood hydrokinetics,esp,platelet coagulation,the concentration of fibrinogen. It could improve ester metabolism. The effect was also significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion:BXNT was effective for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris without obvious side effect.
