p16蛋白和PCNA在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的诊断价值

目的　探讨在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中p16蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达情况及相关性意义。方法　应用免疫组化LSAB法检测 41例NHLp16和PCNA表达情况 ,并作相关性分析。结果　 41例NHL中 ,p16蛋白阳性表达率 43 9% ( 18/ 4 1) ,PCNA阳性表达率 65 9% ( 2 7/ 4 1)。p16蛋白在低度恶性组表达率 77 8% ,在高度恶性组表达率 17 4% (P <0 0 1)。PCNA在低度恶性组表达率44 4% ,高度恶性组表达率 82 6% (P <0 0 5 )。p16蛋白表达阴性同时PCNA表达阳性者在低度恶性组 ( 5 6% )与高度恶性组( 65 2 % )之间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　在NHL发展中 ,p16蛋白缺失表达起着重要作用 ,而结合p16蛋白和PCNA在NHL的表达结果 ,对推测NHL的恶性程度和预后有重要意义。

The Diagnostic Value of p16 Protein Deletion with the Expression of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the correlation of p16 protein deletion with the Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antingen in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and it's significance. Methods Paraffin embedded biopsies from 41 cases with NHL were analysed for p16 protein and PCNA expression by immunohistochemical methods. Results Of 41 NHL cases, most of the positive signals were seen in the nuclei; 18(43.9%) were positive for p16 protein, 23(56.1%) lacked p16 protein; 27(65.9%) were positive for PCNA, 14(34.2%)lacked PCNA. p16 protein and PCNA expression did noy show any correlatoin with immunophenotype in NHL, but there was significant difference between the patterns of expression of p16 protein and PCNA in well differenciated lymphomas and poorly differenciated lymphomas p16: P <0.01 PCNA: P <0 05 p16(-)PCNA(+): P <0 01].Conclusions There was a higher incidence of negative expression of p16 protein in NHL which indicates that p16 gene inactivation may play an important role in the genesis and development of some NHL. The correlation of p16 protein deletion with the expression of PCNA in NHL suggest that there may be features for awful prognosis in patients with NHL.
