小汤山医院医护人员免疫功能评价

摘    要:目的 观察解放军小汤山 SARS传染病医院一线医护人员与 SARS患者密切接触后免疫功能受到影响的情况。方法 应用 EL ISA方法 ,对随机抽取的 397名解放军小汤山 SARS传染病医院一线医护人员血清标本 ,进行抗 SARS- Co V抗体 Ig G、Ig M阴阳性测定 ,并对其中 98人应用流式细胞测定技术分析淋巴细胞亚群。结果抗 SARS抗体 Ig G阳性 2例 ,阳性率 0 .5 % ,Ig M全部阴性 ;NK细胞、B细胞、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD3+ 及 CD4 + / CD8+ 比值与正常人参考值 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 与 SARS患者的密切接触对一线医护人员的免疫功能无负面影响 ,并表明解放军小汤山医院对医护人员所采取的防护措施是非常有效的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the influence on immunity among the staff who had contacted closely with SARS patients in the Xiaotangshan SARS hospital. METHODS Using ELISA method, SARS coronavirus-specific IgG/IgM antibody in 397 serum samples from front line staff was tested and T-cell subgroup of 98 cases therein to it with flow cytometry was analysed. RESULTS Two cases were positive with IgG antibody and the ratio was 0.5%. IgM antibody was all negative. The NK cell, B cell, CD 4 +, CD 8 +, CD 3 + and CD 4 +/CD 8 + showed difference between normal group and tested one. CONCLUSIONS There was no negative effect on immunity among the staff who had worked in the Xiaotangshan SARS hospital which indicated that the protection taken by Xiaotangshan SARS hospital was effective.
