过敏性皮肤病与食物不耐受血清特异性IgG的相关性分析

摘    要:
目的探讨三种过敏性皮肤病与患者血清中食物小耐受特异性IgG的关系方法应用酶联免疫吸附法检测316例过敏性皮肤病患者血清中食物特异性IgG抗体水平。结果316例患者血清中食物不耐受特异性IgG阳性率占96.5%,其中以鸡蛋最高(49.1%),其次为虾、牛奶、螃蟹和鳕鱼。结论食物特异性IgG的检测,为过敏性皮肤病的传统诊断和治疗提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between serum food specific IgG and three kinds of allergic dermatosis. Methods Serum food specific IgG from 316 patients with allergic dermatitis were detected by ELISA. Results The positive rate of serum food specific IgG was 96.5% accompany with food intolerance in 316 patients. The positive rate of eggs was the highest(49.1%), then food allergen were shrimp, milk, crab and cod. Conclusion Serum food specific IgG detection provides a new method for the traditional diag...
