大学生应对方式及社会支持与心理健康的相关分析

目的探讨大学生心理健康水平与应对方式及社会支持之间的相关性。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对临沂师院的271名大学生进行SCL-90自评量表、社会支持评定量表、应对方式问卷调查分析。结果不同心理健康状况的大学生主观支持、应对方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主观支持与抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及精神病性呈显著负相关(P<0.05),不成熟或混合型的应对方式与SCL-90的某些因子分之间呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。结论大学生更多地使用不成熟或混合型应对方式,其心理健康状况与社会支持及应对方式密切相关。

Relationship between Mental Health and Coping Style, Social Support of College Students

Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and socia lsupport,coping style of college students.Methods By the method of delaminating the samples and whole taking out the troop,271 college students of Linyi Normal University were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Social Support Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.Results Students in different mental health condition need different social support and coping style,and the difference had remarkable significance(P<0.05).There are negative correlations between subjective support and depression,anxiety,terrorand psychoticism.There are positive relationships between coping style of unmature or mixed and some factors scores of SCL-90.Conclusion College students mostly use the coping style of unmature or mixed.There are close relationships between mental health and social support,coping style of college students.
