112例晚期消化道肿瘤患者的死亡原因回顾分析

目的探讨晚期消化道肿瘤死亡直接原因。方法回顾分析112例死亡的晚期消化道肿瘤患者死亡直接原因及相关因素。结果晚期消化道死亡直接原因中,第一位是感染所致感染中毒性休克,其次是肝功能衰竭、恶病质、呼吸衰竭、出血所致失血性、昏迷、肾功能衰竭、心力衰竭;不同消化道肿瘤发生上述情况的概率无差异。而感染中,肺部感染占第一位,且不同消化道肿瘤发生肺部感染的概率无差异。结论晚期消化道肿瘤死亡直接原因多死于并发症和脏器功能衰竭,感染导致感染中毒性休克尤其值得临床高度重视。

Retrospective Analysis on Mortality of 112 Patients with Digestive Tumour of Late Stage

Objective To investigate the directive causes of digestive tumour of late stage： Methods 112death cases with late stage of digestive tumour from January 2001 to December 2012 were enrolled, death reasons were recorded and analysis was given. Results Most of the patients with late stage of digestive tumour died of infection,next to liver failure,cachexia,respiratory failure,haemorrhage,eoma, renal failure,heart failure.The occurance of complication and organ failur for diffrent kinds of tumour has no diffrence. Conclusion For late stage of digestive tumour.,the main death reasons of patients were complications and organ failure; Especially Septic shock by infection shoud be be paid great attention.
