护理干预在64排螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用效果观察

目的探讨护理干预在64排螺旋CT增强扫描中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年3月至2012年3月期间在我院进行64排螺旋CT增强扫描的520例患者作为临床研究对象,随机将患者分成干预组和对照组,每组260例。两组患者在进行64排螺旋CT增强扫描检查的同时均采用一般常规护理,而干预组则在此基础上给予更为全面的护理干预方案,并对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较和分析。结果干预组患者与对照组相比,血压和心率处于正常状态的比率均显著提高,而处于波动状态的比率则显著降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度过敏的发生比率和过敏的总发生率均明显降低,并均呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05);心理状态明显改善,为0级的比率显著提高,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对于保证患者64排螺旋CT检查的顺利进行以及提高扫描质量均具有积极的临床意义。

Observation the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Enhanced Scan with 64-slice Spiral CT

Objective To probe into the application value of nursing intervention in enhanced scan with 64-slice spiral CT. Methods Selected March 2011 to March 2012, 520 patients made enhanced scan with 64-slice spiral CT in our hospital. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly, there were 260 cases in each group. During made enhanced scan with 64-slice spiral CT, all the patients in the two groups were give conventional care. While the patients in intervention group were give more comprehensive care intervention program. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed, Results Compared with control group, patients in intervention group the rates of blood pressure and heart rate in a normal state were significantly increased, and the ratio of the volalility state was significantly reduced, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） . Compared with control group, patients in intervention group the occurrence rate of mild allergic and total incidence rate of allergic were decreased significantly, there were significant differences （P〈 0.05） . Compared with conlrol group, patients in intervention group mental state improved significantly, the rate of 0 level was significantly increased, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusions Nursing intervention has a positive clinical significance for ensure the smooth progress of patients with 64-slice spiral CT examination and improve the quality of scanning.
