胆石症并存胆道静脉曲张的外科治疗

目的探讨解决胆石症并存胆道静脉曲张的外科治疗对策。方法回顾分析17例患者的手术治疗经验。结果全部治愈出院,16例经3~11年随访,2例手术后3年及5年分别死于肝癌及上消化道大出血;余14例平均随访9年均获满意疗效。结论根据病情采取不同手术对策,其效果满意。

SURGERY OF CHOLELITHIASIS ACCOMPANIED WITH BILE DUCT VARICOSITY

Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment strategy of concomitance of cholelithiasis and bile duct varicosity.Methods The surgical treatment experience of 17 cases with concomitance of cholelithiasis and bile duct varicosity was retrospective analyzed.Results All these patients were recovered.16 cases were followed-up from 3～10 years.2 cases were died in hepatoma and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.14 cases had satisfactory curative effect by followed up for average 9 years.Conclusion To adopt the different surgical countermeasures according to the different types of the patient's conditions,it could have satisfactory results.
