慢性心力衰竭患者窦性心率震荡的研究

目的:评价窦性心率震荡(HRT)对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的价值。方法:比较78例CHF患者与80例健康者HRT的震荡初始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS)的差异,并观察CHF患者的TO、TS与左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室性早博(VPB)数目及是否伴有室性心动过速(VT)的相关性。结果:CHF组的TO、TS与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);CHF患者的TO、TS与LVEF、LVEDD有相关性,而TO与VPB数目无相关性,TS与VPB数目有相关性,TO、TS与是否伴有VT无相关性。结论:CHF患者HRT明显减弱。通过分析CHF患者的TO、TS,有助于了解患者的病情和指导临床并及时干预性治疗。

Research on Heart Rate Turbulence in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To evaluate the value of heart rate turbulence(HRT)on chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:The turbulance onset(TO)and the turbulance slope(TS)of HRT were compared in 78 patients with CHF and 80 healthy persons,and the relativity of TO,TS with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),ventricular premature beat(VPB)numbers and ventricular tachycardia(VT)in patients with CHF was observed.Results:There were significant differences in TO and TS(P<0.05,P<0.01)between two groups.TO and TS in patients with CHF were related with LVEF,LVEDD,but TO was not related with the numbers of VPC while TS was related with the number of VPB.To and TS in patients with CHF were not related with VT.Conclusion:HRT in patients with CHF is obviously bluntness.It is beneficial to the clinical interfering treatment on time by analyzing TO and TS.
