| 摘 要： | 本文报道了4例烧伤后疤痕组织上皮细胞恶性变,对其病理、临床特点及治疗效果进行了讨论。其中3例为鳞状上皮癌,1例恶性黑色素瘤。作者认为烧伤后疤痕导致恶性黑色素瘤在临床上是罕见的。并强调对烧伤患者尽早地消灭创面是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | 4 cases of malignant change in the epithelial cell of the scar after burn were reported. The pathology, clinical features and the results of the treatment were described. 3 cases of them were squamous cell carcinoma, and 1 case was melanoma. The author believed that the melanoma is very rare, and emphasizes that it is very important to eliminate the wound as early as possible. |
