自体疣包埋治疗尖锐湿疣及其对机体T细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的研究利用包皮环切术(PC)进行自体疣包埋治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)疗效及其对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将102例包皮过长的尖锐湿疣患者随意分成两组,两组均采用PC微波治疗,治疗组在PC中进行自体疣包埋,对照组不进行自体疣包埋;两组治疗前后均检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果治疗组复发率低,疗效优于对照组,治疗组与对照组比较,CD8+细胞数量明显下降(P<0.05),CD4+细胞数量及CD4+/CD8+比值明显提高(P<0.05)。结论利用PC,自体疣包埋治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好,能降低复发率,其机理可能是自体疣组织埋植能改善CA患者的细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of the auto-verruca implanting on condyloma acuminata(CA) and human cell immunologic function by prepuce circumcision.Methods 102 cases with CA were devided randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with auto-verruc implanting combined with microwave treatment and prepuce circumcision,while control group with microwave treatment and prepuce circumcision only.T cell subsets in peripheral blood of each patient in two groups were determined before and after therapy.Results The relapse rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group. In treatment group,CD_8~+ T cell percentage was decreased(P<0.05),CD_4~+ T cell percentage and the ratio of CD_4~+ / CD_8~+ increased(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of implantation of auto-verruca in case with CA was good in treatment and the means also decreased the relapse rate obviously.The mechanism of the process may be that the auto-verruca implanting can improve the cell immunologic function of patients with CA.
