军队医院护士工作压力反应与压力源的关系研究

[目的]探讨军队医院护士工作压力反应与压力源的关系。[方法]以377名护士为调查对象,采用工作压力反应量表和护士工作压力源量表进行调查分析。[结果]位于前5位的工作压力反应分别是生理反应的“感到疲劳”和“睡眠状况不佳”,行为反应的“爱发脾气、烦躁”,心理反应的“焦虑紧张”“情绪低落”;工作压力反应与工作压力源呈显著正相关(r=0.344),工作压力反应及其主要因素与工作压力源及其主要因素之间均存在显著相关;管理与人际关系维度是护士工作压力反应的重要预测变量。[结论]军队医院护士工作压力反应与压力源有密切关系,来自管理与人际关系方面的压力源对压力反应的影响最大。

A study on correlation between nurse''''s work stress responses and pressure resource in military hospitals

Objective: To probe into the correlation between nurse's response for work stress and pressure resource in military hospitals. Methods: A total of 377 of nurses were investigated by filling out work-related stress response scale and nurse work stress resource scale. Results: The first 5 work-related stress responses of nurses were fatigue and sleep disturbance of physiologic reaction, irritable and restless of behavioral response, and anxiety and blue mood of psychological reaction respectively. There was remarkable correlation between work stress responses and work pressure resources (r=0.344). There were significant correlations between work-related stress responses and its major factors and work pressure resource. Management and interpersonal relation dimension are important variables to predict work pressure for nurses. Conclusion: There is close correlation between nurse's work stress response and work pressure resource in military hospitals. The influence of pressure resource from management and interpersonal relation on nurses' stress response is the strongest.
