肿瘤科护士的心理与工作压力源的相关性分析与对策

目的了解肿瘤科护士心理状态及其与工作压力源的相关性,并提出干预对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和护士工作压力源量表对44名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果本组护士SCL-90的敌对、强迫、焦虑、偏执、抑郁5个因子及阳性项目数、总分与常模比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);肿瘤科护士工作压力高低依次排序为:工作量及时间分配方面的问题、患者护理方面的问题、管理及人际关系的问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作环境的问题。肿瘤科护士心理健康状态与护士工作压力源部分因素显著正相关。结论工作压力是影响肿瘤科护士心理健康的重要因素,建议管理者有意识地减轻护士工作压力源,并对护士进行减压训练,以维护其心理健康。

The Correlation of Mentality of Nurses in the Oncological Department with Sources of Work Pressure

Objective To understand the correlation of mentality of nurses in the oncological department with sources of work pressure and advance corresponding measures.Methods SCL-90 and Nurse's Work Pressure Sources Scale were used to investigate 44 nurses from the oncological department.Results The differences from the norm were significant with regard to hostility,compulsion,anxiety,doggedness and depression,together with positive items and total scores(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The intensity of work pressure upon the nurses in the department was in the following order: allocation of work load and time,care of patients,management and interpersonal relations,nursing professional work problem,and work surroundings.The mental health of them was positively related to part of sources of work pressure.Conclusion Work pressure influences mental health of the nurses of oncological department.It is suggested that the administrators reduce some sources of work pressure and perform a training to relieve pressure so as to keep them health mentally.
