| 摘 要： | 在“5．12”汶川特大地震中，医院根据伤员数量、伤情伤势特点、现有资源、救治任务的进程等，在大批量灾难伤员救治中进行了多次分诊的组织管理尝试，成功救治了大批量地震伤员，使伤员的死亡率及致残率控制在较低水平。 |
