中医辨证治疗初发高血压病

初发高血压病当首辨虚实,若论虚者,无外乎气血阴阳亏虚、不荣上窍,实者则有痰浊、瘀血上扰清窍,抑或阳亢上犯脑窍而致。笔者认为初发高血压病中医证型以阴虚阳亢证居多,治宜滋补肝肾、平肝潜阳,在天麻钩藤饮原方基础上进行加减,自拟滋阴潜阳降压方治疗该病。

Preliminary Hypertension Treated with TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment

For preliminary hypertension,excess and deficiency syndromes should be differentiated.For deficiency syndrome,it is mostly due to insufficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang failing to nourishing brain;for excess syndrome,it is mostly due to phlegm turbidity and blood stasis up-disturbing the brain or the hyperactive yang attacking the brain.The author believes that most of the preliminary hypertension is syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,for which the method of nourishing the liver and kidney,soothing the liver and suppressing the hyperactive yang should be applied with modified Gastrodia and Uncaria Beverage,and self-formulated Yin-Nourishing,Yang-Suppressing and Pressure-Lower Formula is used for this disease.
