颈排刺结合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病52例

目的:观察颈排刺结合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年12月在宝鸡市中医医院及陕西中医学院第二附属医院针灸科统计到的经门诊及住院确诊的神经根型颈椎病患者104例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组52例。治疗组给予颈排刺结合推拿手法治疗,对照组给予常规推拿手法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率92.31%,对照组有效率80.77%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:颈排刺结合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。

Fifty-Two Cases with Nerve-Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Cervical Row Acupuncture Combined with Massage Manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cervical row acupuncture combined with massage manipulation on nerveroot type cervical spondylosis.Methods:Totally 104 patients diagnosed with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis hospitalized between January,2012 and December,2014 into Baoji City Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Acupuncture Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.Treatment group were given cervical row acupuncture combined with massage manipulation while control group were given conventional massage manipulation.Results:The effective rate was 92.31％ in treatment group and 80.77％ in control group;treatment group were better than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Cervical row acupuncture combined with massage manipulation has significant therapeutic effects on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.
