逍遥散加减治疗代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬变30例

目的:观察逍遥散加味治疗代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬变的临床疗效。方法:将本院代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬变患者58例随机分为对照组28例和治疗组30例,对照组28例单用拉米夫定治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药逍遥散加味治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、生化学指标变化情况。两组疗程均为半年。结果:两组治疗半年后肝功能各项指标均明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);治疗组较对照组HBVDNA定量显著降低,Child-Pugh分级评分明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。HBeAg阴转率两组间相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬变优于单纯西医治疗,但HBeAg阴转率近期无明显改善。

Thirty Cases with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis at Compensatory Stage Treated with Supplemented Free Wanderer Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of supplemented Free Wanderer Powder on hepatitis B cirrhosis at compensatory stage.Methods:Totally 58 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis at compensatory stage were randomly divided into control group (28 cases) and treatment group (30 cases).Control group were simply given Lamivudine for the treatment while treatment group were added with supplemented Free Wanderer Powder.The clinical symptoms,signs and the changes of biochemistry indicators after the treatment in both groups were observed.The treatment course of both groups was half a year.Results:Various indicators of the liver function after the treatment of half a year got obvious improvement,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Compared with control group,the HBVDNA declined markedly in treatment group.The grading score of Child-Pugh apparently dropped;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.01).The sputum negative conversion rates of HBeAg between the two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine can better treat hepatitis B cirrhosis at compensatory stage compared with simple western medicine treatment,but the sputum negative conversion rate of HBeAg has no obvious short-term improvement.
