关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗膝骨性关节炎24例

目的:观察关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨性关节炎患者48例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例。两组患者均给予关节镜下清理术治疗,治疗组另给予独活寄生汤加味治疗,对照组另给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.8%,对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著。

Twenty-Four Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with the Cleaning Technique Under Arthroscopy in Combination with TCM Treatment

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the cleaning technique under arthroscopy in combination with TCM treatment on knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods:Forty-eight patients with KOA were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 24 cases in each group.The ones in both groups were treated with the cleaning technique under arthroscopy,then the ones in the treatment group were added Supplemented Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were added sodium hyaluronate injected into the articular cavity.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8％,while that of the control group was 75.0％;And the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The cleaning technique under arthroscopy in combination with TCM treatment has a remarkable clinical curative effect on KOA.
