苏州市儿童医院A组轮状病毒胃肠炎流行病学及其疾病负担监测和评价

目的：为确定是否施行轮状病毒免疫计划提供基础资料。方法：选择苏州市儿童医院为哨点监测医院,应用卫生经济学方法、酶联免疫吸附试验和巢式聚合酶链式反应等进行A组轮状病毒胃肠炎的疾病负担监测和评价。结果：有46.047%的胃肠炎患儿受到A组轮状病毒的感染;5岁以下A组轮状病毒胃肠炎住院患儿所花费的平均医疗费用占家庭平均月收入的69.177%,直接费用和间接费用分别占总费用的85.387%和14.613%;A组轮状病毒流行株以G3型为主,其次为G1型。结论：A组轮状病毒胃肠炎带来的疾病负担比较大,应该考虑如何减少轮状病毒胃肠炎的发生。

Surveillance and estimates of disease burden on group A rotavirus gastroenteritis

Objective To evaluate the disease burden on group A rotavirus so as to provide basic databases for implementing rotavirus immunization programs.Methods Suzhou Children's Hospital was chosen as sentinel surveillance hospital and using the method of health economics,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction the burden of disease on group A rotavirus was surveillanced and evaluated.Results During study period 46.047% of children were infected group A rotavirus.Inpatients cost averagely 69.177% of family earnings every month and the direct costs and indirect costs respectively accounted for 85.387% and 14.613% of total costs;The prevalent strains were mainly G 3 followed by G 1.Conclusion The burden of rotavirus gastroenteritis was high and how to reduce the incidence of rotavirus gastroenteritis should be taken into consideration seriously.
