异位妊娠的CT诊断

目的 探讨异位妊娠的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析13例临床疑宫外孕，手术病理证实为异位妊娠患者的CT资料。结果 11例位于输卵管壶腹部，其中1例输卵管部破裂并继发形成腹腔妊娠，2例位于间质部。CT显示输卵管异位妊娠者于子宫旁见肿块，与子宫分界不清，密度不均匀，其中8例内含“血样”高密度增强扫描无强化；3例可见“水样”密度孕囊，周边有强化，结论 CT表现结合尿HCG水平有助于异位妊娠的诊断。

CT diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

To evaluate the CT findings and the diagnostic value in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods Ectopic pregnancies in thirteen cases on CT were reviewed retrospectively. All patients could nol be diagnosed by conventional ultrasound at preoperation and were confirmed with operation and histological pathology. Results Ectopic pregnancies in two patients were located at interstitial part and in eleven cases at ampulla of uterine tube. CT showed inhomogeneous masses nearuterus, but difficulty to differentiate from the uterus in the preganncy at ampulla of uterine tube. Eight cases demonstrated high density similar to acute hemorrhage and no enhancement at postcontrast. Water - like density area with peripheral enhancement, which might be gestation sac, was demonstrated on CT in 3 cases. Conclusion We believed that CT findings above together with high level of HCG would be helpful in making the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
