| 摘 要： | 目的：研究不同医疗保障制度下政府对医院的补偿情况，对我国进行医院补偿机制的改革提供参考。方法：文献回顾法。结果：发现国家卫生服务保障模式对医院投入最大，社会医疗保险模式投入最少，市场医疗保障模式和储蓄医疗保障模式投入居中。结论：改变医院趋利行为的关键在于政府在医院补偿系统中的地位，我国不论采取何种医疗保障制度都必须提高政府对医院的投入。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the government compensation of hospitals under different medical insurance systems and provide references to the reform of Chinese hospital compensation system.Method: Literature review was implement.Results: It was found that National Health Service insurance system had the most devotion while social medical insurance system had the least,with market medical insurance system and bank medical insurance system being placed in the middle.Conclusion: The key of changing hospitals benefit behavior is emphasizing the role of government in hospital compensation system.Whatever reform in Chinese medical insurance system took place,the input level of government compensating to hospitals must be greatly improved. |
