老年人肺炎83例诊治分析

目的探讨老年肺炎的临床特征和治疗效果。方法选择我院2007年1月至2009年12月肺炎老年患者83例,分析其临床症状和体征、并发症、基础疾病、白细胞计数和痰培养等,以上患者均给予抗生素抗感染治疗,并给予对症治疗。结果本组患者经过积极治疗,其中应用一种抗生素患者51例,应用2种和2种以上抗生素患者32例,本组患者治疗时间为3～27d,平均治疗时间为（14.3±4.6）d。治疗结束后经过临床治疗效果评定：痊愈45例,好转37例,1例患者病死,病死原因是合并多脏器功能衰竭。结论根据老年肺炎的临床特征,早诊断早治疗是有效提高老年肺炎患者的治愈率和降低病死率的关键,值得临床借鉴。

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment on 83 Elderly Patients with Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical character and clinical efficacy of treatment on elderly patient with pneumonia.Methods 83 elderly patients with pneumonia were selected from January,2007 to December,2009.clinical symptoms and signs、complications、 basic disease and leukocyte count among the 83 cases were analyzed.antibiotics were used to all cses,and the symptomatic treatment was given.Results Active treatment was given all the patients,one type antibiotic was given to 32 cases.And more than two type antibiotics were used to 51 cases.the course was 3 days to 27 days,and the average treatment time was （14.3±4.6） days.according to the evaluation standard of clinical efficacy,45 cases were cured and 37 cases were improved,one cases died and died of multiple organ failure.Conclusion According to the clinical character of ederly pneumonia,Early diagnosis and treatment are the key point of increasing the rate of cure and decreasing mortality rate,and the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
