未成熟树突状细胞与肝脏移植免疫耐受

肝脏移植免疫耐受具有其独特性,诱导免疫耐受是延长肝移植患者的生存期以及提高生存质量的重要手段。目前,人们通过多种方法诱导肝移植免疫耐受,其中未成熟树突状细胞诱导免疫耐受被普遍认为是一种有效的方法。但供体来源的未成熟树突状细胞在受者体内受刺激因子作用,不可避免的会发育成熟,同时会被宿主体内的同种异体反应被清除,使已经产生的免疫耐受作用消失,而使用受体来源的未成熟树突状细胞则可避免以上不利因素。

Immature Dendritic Cells and Immune Tolerance in Liver Transplantation

Immune tolerance in liver graft has its specificity,induced immue tolerance is the important method to prolong the survival time of patients with liver transplantation as well as to improve their quality of life.At present,there are many methods to induce immune tolerance in liver transplantation,among which the immune tolerance induced by immature dendritic cells is consider to be an effective method.But,immature dentric cells from donor will unavoidably to mature under the stimulator in receptor,which will be eliminated by allograft reaction in host,which will diminish the existed immune tolerance.So using recipient-derived immature dendritic cells can avoide this disadvantages.
