血必净联合硫酸镁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效比较研究

目的:研究血必净联合硫酸镁在急性重症胰腺炎中的治疗效果。方法:对入选的85例急性重症胰腺炎患者分为治疗组(在常规治疗基础上加用血必净联合硫酸镁)及对照组常规治疗。观察治疗后腹痛、腹胀、血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶变化;ELISA法检测患者血清ICAM-1水平。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组平均腹痛消失时间、淀粉酶及脂肪酶恢复正常时间均明显缩短,血清ICAM-1水平较对照组低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合运用血必净和硫酸镁可以有效缓解急性重症胰腺炎临床症状,减轻炎性反应,缩短住院时间。

Therapeutic effect of combination of Xuebijing and Magnesium Sulfate for severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of Xuebijing with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）.Method Total 85 patients were divided into Xuebijing and Magnesium Sulfate combination group and placebo group.Abdominal pain and distention,serum amylase and lipase level were studied.Serum ICAM-1 level was measured by ELISA.Results Compared with placebo group,the average time of abdominal pain and distention disappeared or the elevated level of amylase and lipase fell to normal level were significantly shorten in combination group.The ICAM-1 level was lower in combination group than that in placebo group.Conclusion The combination use of Xuebijing and Magnesium Sulfate would efficiently relieve clinical symptom,extenuate inflammatory reaction,and reduce hospital stay of SAP.
