摘    要:目的:比较不同(剂量)维生素D干预治疗方案对血清25-羟维生素D水平的影响.方法:选取2011年3月至10月血清25-羟维生素D缺乏或相对缺乏的婴幼儿102例,分为以下用药方案:A组:一次性维生素D 15万IU;B组:一次性维生素D 20万IU;C组:一次性维生素D 30万IU;D组:每日维生素A 3600 IU+维生素D 2000IU,持续1个月.一个月后取清晨空腹血,电化学发光法检测其血清25-羟维生素D水平.结果:A、B、C、D组方案用药后血清25-羟维生素D水平均高于用药前(P<0.01).A、B、C组血清25-羟维生素D提升水平均高于D组(P<0.01);C组血清25-羟维生素D提升水平高于A、B组(P<0.01).结论:一次性维生素D 15~20万IU的是安全有效干预治疗方案.
