对三聚氰胺污染奶粉喂养婴幼儿行泌尿系统超声检查的所见与思考

目的观察食用＂问题奶粉＂中三聚氰胺对婴幼儿相关性泌尿系结石的超声影像特点,以及在筛查过程中发现泌尿系统先天性畸形的超声所见。方法对7217例婴幼儿行泌尿系超声检查,注意是否为三聚氰胺相关性结石及泌尿系统先天性畸形,如遇有畸形者行CT或造影检查。所有患儿均进行常规尿液检查,遇有异常结晶者进行液相色谱分析。结果 323例被诊断为泌尿系结石,总发病率为4.5%,其中尿常规异常者59例（18%）,7例尿中出现三聚氰胺与尿酸的混合结晶体。被筛查的婴幼儿中先天性泌尿系畸形68例,多数为输尿管狭窄。结论食用含三聚氰胺的奶粉可致一定比例的三聚氰胺相关性结石产生;婴幼儿中存在一定比例的泌尿系统先天畸形,应积极筛查以期在早期即可得到有效的治疗。

Ultrasonographic Findings of Urinary System in Children Exposed to Melamine-tainted Milk Powder
