| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺臭氧消融治疗椎间盘突出的临床应用价值、臭氧与疗效的关系。方法134例颈腰椎间盘突出症的患者在CT引导下经皮穿刺，并在病变椎间盘内注射浓度为40μg／mL的医用臭氧，通过随访评定其疗效。结果穿刺成功率100％，治疗后3～12个月随访，患者显效38例（28．4％），有效80例（59．7％），无效16例（11．9％），总有效率88．1％。患者未出现任何并发症。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺臭氧消融术是一种新兴的介入治疗颈腰椎间盘突出症的方法，具有安全性高、方法简便、疗效明显的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT-guided intradiscal oxygenozone injection on cervical lumbar disc herniation（LDH）. Methods 134 cases with LDH were undergone CT guided percutaneous puncture with ozone injection inside （40 μ g/mL） intervertebral disc. Results 134 cases of intervertebral disc punctured successful. 134 patients was followed up 3-12 mouths, therapeutic efficacy happened markedly in 38 cases, effectively in 80 cases, and invalidly in 16 cases. So the efficiency rate was 88.1% and no complication appears. Gonclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous puncture has the advantages of safe, easy operation, and good effect. |
