| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对急诊小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析79例急诊经高频彩色多普勒超声检查、后通过空气灌肠复位或手术确诊的肠套叠患儿病例。结果 79例肠套叠患儿治疗前均行超声检查,其中,超声诊断77例、漏诊2例,诊断符合率为97.47%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠套叠诊断准确率高、特异性强,可为临床医生诊治急诊小儿肠套叠提供较可靠的诊断依据,并选择合适的治疗方式。
