| 摘 要： | 医学图像的检索一直是人们所关注的焦点，本文主要介绍了基于内容的医学图像检索的意义、工作原理和方法。本研究将COM技术引入到医学图像检索中，使用MATLAB制作COM组件供VB调用、实现图像处理。实验表明，在VB开发环境中调用COM组件，能大大加快软件开发的进度、缩短源代码，提高代码质量及软件的稳定性。
