Y-形钢板治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折

目的:分析Y-形钢板治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者42例共50足,采用外侧切口切开复位、植骨加Y钢板内固定。术后定期随访,采用Maryland评分标准对术后功能进行评价,了解疗效。结果:所有42例(50足)全部得到随访,术后功能优22足,良25足,中3足,优良率94%。结论:Y-形钢板形状和跟骨一致,支撑效果理想,对于移位的跟骨骨折采用切开复位、植骨加Y-形钢板内固定治疗的疗效良好,值得推广应用。

Treatment of Displaced Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures with Y-Plate

Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and effects of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with Y- plate.Methods:With bone graft and Y-plate,open reduction and internal fixation treatment of all 42 calaneal fracture patients (50 feet)was performed through lateral approach.The patients were evaluated according to the Maryland Foot Score.Results: All the 42 patients(50 feet)were followed up.The excellent was 22,fine 25 and fare 3,and the total excellent and fine rate was 94%.Conclusion:The contour of Y-shape plate is similar to the calcaneus and the supporting effect of the Y-plate is good, so the treatment effect of the displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures is good.All these are worthy of popularization.
