应用黄连进行体外抑菌方法的研究

目的:对应用中药黄连进行体外抑菌常用方法的适用性进行比较。方法:先将中药黄连制成水煎剂做为实验用药,分别应用杯碟法、试管法和平板法来对标准金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抑制试验,并对三种抑菌方法的抑菌效果进行比较。结果:在三种体外抑菌方法中平板法的抑菌效果最好。结论:平板法是应用黄连进行体外抑菌研究的理想试验方法。

Methods research on antibacterial by coptis

Objectives: To compare the applicability of the methods that using coptis to antibacterial. Methods: Used three bacteriostatic methods (cup method, test tube method and plate process) to compare the coptis chinensis bacteriostasis in vitro. Results: The approach of plate process has worked best with bacteriostasis in vitro. Conclusions: Plate process is the best ideal experimental methods for the bacteriostatic action of coptis chinensis in vitro.
