中药治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜32例疗效观察

目的:探讨两种中药治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床效果。方法:32例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者平分为两组,两组都采用复方丹参片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟中药汤治疗。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组的有效率为93.3%,对照组的有效率为68.8%,治疗组的有效率明显好于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组与对照组疗前血小板计数比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗后,血小板计数均有不同程度的升高,以治疗组血小板升高明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤结合复方丹参片治疗临床免疫性血小板减少性紫癜疗效较为可靠,且无明显不良反应,可在临床治疗中加以应用。

Clinical effect observation on treating 32 cases of immune thrombocytopenic purpura in TCM

Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of the two TCM medicine in treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:32 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,16 for each.Both groups were given compound Danshen tablets,self-made Chinese decoction were pulsed for the treated group.Results: After treatment,the effective rate was 93.3% in the treated group,68.8% in the control group.The effective rate in the treated was better(P<0.05).Platelet count showed no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the platelet count increased in varying degrees,the treated group platelets increased significantly,the differences was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura with self-made Chinese decoction plus compound danshen tablets was effective,could be applied in clinical.
