二溴二氯甘脲对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞损伤作用的电镜观察

摘    要:
目的探索二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂杀灭细菌的机制。方法采用透射电镜技术对二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂处理过的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的超微结构进行分析和比较。结果以含有效成分284mg/L的二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂作用30min,可使枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率达到99.99%。在透射电镜下观察到,经该消毒剂作用的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞壳质破损断裂明显,壳内结构模糊,核心溶解,有的芽胞近似空壳。结论二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂通过破坏细菌芽胞超微结构发挥其消毒作用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the mechanism of dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril disinfectant in killing bacteria.Method The transmission electronmicrosope technique was used to analyze and compare the ultrastructure of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger treated with dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril disinfectant.Results The results showed that the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to the solution of dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril disinfectant containing 284 mg/L of available component for 30 min was 99.99%.Transmission electronmicrosopic examination found that the coat of spores of B.subtilis var.after exposure to the disinfectant ruptured obviously.The structure of coat inclusion became indistinct and the core of nucleus lysed.Some spores became nearly hollow.Conclusion The dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril destroys the ultrastructure of bacterial spores obviously.
