枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片治疗胃食管反流病临床观察

目的比较枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片,雷贝拉唑,达喜与吗丁啉,雷贝拉唑,达喜治疗胃食管反流病近期疗效及半年复发情况.方法将90例经内镜等检查诊断为胃食管反流病的门诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组;分别采用枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片,雷贝拉唑,达喜与吗丁啉,雷贝拉唑,达喜治疗6周.结果治疗组及对照组治疗6周后总有效率、胸骨后疼痛、反酸、烧心及内镜下食管粘膜炎症恢复总有效率分别为96.0%、93.8%、86.7%、90.9%及85.0%、83.3%、73.7、77.8%和92.0%、82.5%;半年复发率分别为12.0%3及22.5%,二组比较治疗总有效率、胸骨后疼痛、反酸、烧心有效率及镜下食管粘膜炎症恢复总有效率差异显著(P＜0.05).结论枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片是目前治疗胃食管反流病较为有效药物,无明显的不良反应.

Clinical Analysis of Curative Effects of Mosapridefsp on Gastrophageal Reflux Disease

Objective To compare the half year relapse and efficacy of Mosapridefsp with Madinglin in treatment of gastrophageal reflux disease, Methods 90 patients with gastrophageal reflux disease diagnosised by endoscopy randomly divided into the observing group(Mosapridefsp 5mg three daily for 6 weeks) and the control group(Madinglin 10mg three daily for 6 weeks). All patient were reevaluted by endoscopy 6 weeks after treatment. Results The effective rate and The major symptoms of gastrophageal reflux disease were burning pain and reflux with hearburn, The difference of endoscopic effiency rate and half year of relapse rate of observing group 96.0%, 93.8%, 86.7%, 90.9%, 92.0%, 12.0%, For control group were 85.0%, 83.3%, 73.7%, 77.8%, 82.5%. There was significant difference between observing group and control group with x2 test the chinical curative rate corresponded with the endoscopy curative rate. Conclusions The safety and efficacy of Mosapridefsp in treatment of gastrophageal reflux disease.
