老年患者人工髋关节置换术后的康复护理

目的：对我院2001年1月-2010年8月年期间72例行人工髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折的老年患者的康复护理进行总结.方法：术前密切观察患者情况,加强营养,配合医生做好术前准备,术后针对人工关节置换术后主要并发症问题进行康复护理.术后行Harris髋关节功能评分.结果：72例患者获随访,时间为12-72个月,基本恢复伤前功能.结论：生活自理,Harris平均88分.

Nursing of total hip replacement in old patients
