NP和MVP及ICE方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘    要:
目的:比较NP方案和MVP方案及ICE方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和不良反应,指导临床选择治疗方案。方法:105例晚期NSCLC分为三组,NP方案组36例,MVP方案组35例,ICE方案组34例,三组病例的临床特征和其他因素具有可比性。结果:NP方案组有效率为44.4%(16/36),中位生存期11.5个月,1年生存率44.4%(16/36);MVP方案组有效率37.1%(13/35),中位生存期9.5个月,1年生存率40.0%(14/35);ICE方案组有效率38.2%(13/34),中位生存期9.5个月,1年生存率41.2%(14/34)。三组疗效差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。不良反应主要有骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发、静脉炎。结论:三组化疗方案对晚期NSCLC均有效,但提示NP方案的疗效较好,不良反应均可缓解。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To compare of and evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of NP, MVP and ICE regimens in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC. METHODS:A total of 105 patients were enrolled in this study,36 for NP, 35 for MVP and 34 for ICE. The clinical charateristics and other factors of patients were comparable.RESULTS:Among NP, MVP, and ICE groups, the objective response rates were 44.4%(16/36), 37.1%(13/35) and 38.2%(13/34) respectively; the medians of survival time were 11.5, 9.5 and 9.5 months respectively; the 1 year survival rates were 44.4%(16/36), 40.0%(14/35), and 41.2%(14/34) respectively. There was no significant difference of the efficiency among the three regimens,P>0.05. CONCLUSIONS: NP, MVP and ICE regimens are effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
