筋络宁口服液的抗炎镇痛药理研究

目的:为了证实中医古方筋络宁的抗炎镇痛药理作用.方法:实验分五次:①将对右旋糖酐、角叉菜胶所致的大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,观察对足跖肿胀率影响.②将大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组皮下注射,测定小鼠腹腔伊文思蓝含量以观察药物对毛细血管通透性.③将腹腔注射1%醋酸造模小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,分别皮下注射生理盐水与筋络宁,观察动物扭体次数.④将大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组、阳性对照组分别测定血液粘度、血栓形成及血小板功能等几个方面的研究.结果:结果显示①3小时后高剂量组对右旋糖酐诱发的大鼠足跖浮肿较对照组有明显抑制作用.②筋络宁口服液能显著抑制醋酸诱发的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高.③对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应呈明显抑制作用,并有一定的量效关系.④筋络宁口服液两个剂量能显著降低高低两个切速下的全血粘度、血小板粘附率、血小板最大聚集率,减小体外血栓长度、血栓湿度和质重.筋络宁口服液能剂量依赖性地缩短小鼠恢复自主活动时间.结论:足够剂量的"筋络宁口服液"对实验性大鼠具有消炎退肿、镇痛、活血化瘀的作用.

Pharmacological Study of Jinluoring Oral Liquid on Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Action

Objective:In order to verify JinLuoNing pharmacological machanism.Methods:This study was on the pharmacologicl experiments and clinicl observation of JinLuoNing oral liquid that was transformed from folk proved recipe.We have observed the degree of swelling of rats' toes that were resuled from dextrosum and carrageen pastern after taken JinLuoNing oral liquid,capillary permeability of the rats that were injected Evan's bluenees into abdomen cavity,and compared the twisting times of rats that injected with acetic solution with that were injected hypodermically with JinLuoNing oral liquid, and mensured blood mucosity, thrombus formulation, and platelet function of the rats after taken JinLuoNing oral liquid. Results:The results indicate that JinLuoNing oral liquid can recede the swelling of rats' toes, cut capillary permeability of the rats down; decrease the times of rats twisting, recede blood mucosity, platelet function of the rats and reduce thrombus formulation. Conclusion:JinLuoNing oral liquid can diminish inflammation, relieve pain, and promote or invigorate circulation of the blood and eiminate blood stasis.And it relieves effectively the pain of lumbar intervertebra disc protrusion.
