| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨睑板大部切除治疗Hotz术后复发性上睑瘢痕性睑内翻的方法。方法 对 14例 15眼Hotz术后复发性瘢痕性上睑内翻 ,除保留上下缘及底部少许睑板外 ,切除大部的睑板 ,将皮肤切口的下缘缝于睑板上缘的上睑提肌的腱膜上 ,术毕时使上睑外翻。结果 15眼完全矫正 ,随访 6月～ 3年 ,无复发 ,患者的临床症状完全消失。结论 用睑板大部切除矫正Hotz术后复发性上睑瘢痕性睑内翻 ,疗效可靠 ,操作简便 ,不易复发。

| Abstract: | Objective Retrospective analysis of treatment of recurred cicatrical entropion after Hotz operation with mostly tarsectomy. Methods For 15 cases of recurred cicatrical entropion after Hotz operation, except of superior edge,Inferior edge and fundal part,excise mostly tarsus,suture inferior margin of the skin excision on the levator aponeurosis,make extropion after operation. Results All cases rectified completely follow_up 6 months to 3 years,no recurrence.The patients' symptoms completely disappeared. Conclusion Treatment of recurred cicartical entropion after Hotz operation with mostly tarsectomy had reliable effect. |
