| 摘 要： | 本文总结了38例高血压脑出血外科治疗的经验。手术死亡率34.21%。讨论了影响手术疗效的几个重要因素:术前病情、血肿部位,血肿量大小及中线结构移位和患者年龄。提出早期诊断、早期手术、术中注意事项和积极防治并发症可提高手术治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | The experience of surgical treatment to 38 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has been summed up. The operative mortality was 34.21 % Several important factors (the patients' condition before the operation, the location and volume of the hematoma, the displacement of middle structures of the brain, and age) which affected operative effects were discussed. Early diagnosis, early operation performed with attention, and active prevention and treatment of postoperative complications could raise the curative rate of operation. |
