摘    要:保定地区1934年首次经血清学证实有EHF病例发生,并从疫区鼠类中查到EHF抗原,其阳性率分别为:褐家鼠4.85%,黑线姬鼠1.95%,大仓鼠0.79%,小家鼠0.51%,褐家鼠可能是我区的主要传染源。疫区健康人群血清EHF抗体阳性率为1.37%,女性显著高于男性。

Abstract:35 sporadic Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever (EHF) cases were identified and confirmed by means of IFA serologic test in Baoding prefecture from May 1984 to May 1986. The data indicated that the Positive rates of EHF-antigen in R.norvegicus was 4.85%; in A.agrarius it was 1.92%; in C.triton, 0.79%; and in M.musculus was 0.51% respectively in the focus of EHF. It was suggested thought that R.norvegicus might be the main reservoir in Baoding prefecture. No EHF antigen was detected in rodents of the villages where no EHF cases was confirmed. The Positive rate of EHF antibody was 1.37% in healthy population in endemic area of EHF. The Positive rate of female was higher than that of male. No serologically positive serum was found in the nonendemic areas for EHF.
The above results showed that Baoding prefecture was an endemic area of EHF.
