摘    要:目的探讨三维超声成像在未发现结石阻塞性黄疸患者病因诊断中的价值。方法对二维超声检查或CT/MR检查未发现结石24例阻塞性黄疸患者,进行三维超声检查,三维超声重建图像与二维超声图像对比,确定是否可以获得更多的诊断信息。结果所有患者可以准确地显示梗阻水平,三维超声可清晰地显示扩张的胆管树结构,包括肝内胆管、肝总管、胆囊以及胆总管。结论三维超声重建可以更客观地显示胆管解剖,对阻塞性黄疸患者能提供较二维超声更丰富的信息。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging diagnosis in non-concretion obstructive jaundice patients.Methods 24 patients with obstructive jaundice had US,CT and(or)MRCP,and finded no concretion,then three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging was perforded which were compared with the two-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging to determine whether additional diagnostic informations would be obtained.Results The level of obstruction was correctly depicted in all patients.The dilated biliary duct tree structures were well visualized including dilated intrahepatic ducts,common hepatic ducts,gallbladder and common bile duct.Conclusion The biliary anatomy can be more objectively visualized on three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging which will provide more informations than those in the two-dimensional images for diagnosis in obstructive jaundice patients.
