| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子胆道镜下双频激光碎石对胆道术后残留结石的治疗效果及体会。方法对2003年1月～2005年3月,经T管窦道采用电子胆道镜双频激光碎石治疗胆道术后残留结石54例(肝外胆管结石16例,肝内胆管结石23例,肝内合并肝外胆管结石15例),对其治疗效果进行分析。结果53例治愈,治愈率98.15%,1例为远端肝内胆管结石,胆管过于狭窄,胆道镜无法进入而取石失败。结论电子胆道镜下双频激光碎石能有效治疗肝内外胆管残留结石。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of cholangioscopic double-pulse U100 laser for biliary duct residual stone after operation. Methods] From January 2003 to march 2005, 54 patients with biliary duct residual stone after biliary duct operation were treated by double-pulse U100 laser under electronic choledochoscope, including 16 cases with extrahepatic bile duct stone, 23 cases with intrahepatic bile duct stone,15 cases with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stone. Results] The successful rate of cure was 98.15 % (53/54), 1 case with intrahepatic bile duct stone was failed to cure,because of biliary duct stenosis. Conclusion] The double-pulse U100 laser under electronic choledochoscope is a safe and effective way in the treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stone |
